How does research automation work for my consulting practice?

What if I don't have transcripts yet?

The system works with any format: Zoom transcripts, Fathom recordings, typed notes, even questionnaire responses. We’ll design the intake process around your current workflow.

Do I need to learn Airtable or AI tools?

No. I build the system, train you on how to use it, and provide documentation.
You’ll interact with simple interfaces—the complexity happens in the background.

Can this work with tools I already use?

Yes. Common integrations include Google Drive (file storage), Zoom/Fathom (transcripts), Cal.com (scheduling), and whatever CRM you currently use.

If it has an API or webhook capability, we can connect it.

What's included in each tier?

Tier 1 ($1,500): Strategic roadmap, template, implementation guide—you build it yourself or hire your own team.

Tier 2 ($3,500): Everything in Tier 1 + guided implementation support, custom templates, optimization sessions.

Tier 3 ($6,500-8,500): Full done-for-you implementation, training,
90-day support. 

Who owns the system after it's built?

You do. Everything is set up in your accounts (Airtable, automation tools, etc.). You have complete control and access. I just build it for you (or coach you through it).

Do you offer ongoing support after the systems are in place?

I believe in customer empowerment and education. All systems are delivered with full documentation and tutorial videos for you and your team. After system delivery, there is an option for me continue working with you on retainer to continue improving systems and delivering you an exceptional ROI.  

What if it doesn't work for my specific process?

All projects start with a discovery call where we map your exact workflow. I only recommend automation if it makes sense for your practice.

If after delivery the system doesn’t meet the agreed scope, I’ll refund your investment. But that’s never happened—because we define success criteria upfront.

How long does implementation take?

– Tier 1: Immediate (roadmap delivered in 1 week)
– Tier 2: 2-3 weeks from discovery call to launch
– Tier 3: 3-4 weeks for full implementation and training
