The Problem I Solve

Most change consultants spend 15-20 hours per project manually organizing interview transcripts, extracting themes, and building presentations. I’ve built systems that cut this to 2-3 hours using Airtable + AI automation.

How I Got Here

I built this system for my own market research project—50+ interviews that needed analysis across multiple validation stages. After automating the entire process (transcript upload → insight extraction → dashboard reporting), I realized organizational change consultants face the exact same bottleneck.

Why I Focus on Consultants

As someone with ADHD, I’m acutely aware of cognitive load. When you’re juggling 30 interview transcripts, trying to remember which participant said what, and manually building themes—that’s not a focus problem. That’s a systems problem.

You shouldn’t be spending half your project time on data organization. You should be doing the strategic work only you can do.

Personal

I live in the Columbia, SC area with my partner and two teenage daughters. When I’m not building automation systems, I’m at live music shows, reading, or backpacking in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
